Who Are We?
ThreeSixtyFour (the
data controller) provides onsite and remote IT support for small
businesses. You can contact us by email to info@threesixtyfour.co.uk or by telephone on 03303211364 Our
postal address is Railway Street, Belcoo, Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland
BT93 5FJ.
How do we process your personal data?
If you contact us in
person, by telephone, email, otherwise in writing, by using the live chat service on
our website, through our social media pages, or attend one of our events, we
may collect contact details from you including your name, company name, email
address and telephone number.
We also accept
referrals from selected third parties where you have consented that your
contact details are passed to us by way of an enquiry regarding our
services. In such cases, we will confirm
the source of the referral and the information that has been passed to us when
we contact you.
NB: Where you have
asked us to process personal data on your behalf (ThreeSixtyFour is the data
processor) that arrangement will be subject to a Data Processing Agreement
between you and ThreeSixtyFour.
We will process your personal data in accordance with the principles of
the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will do this by keeping your personal data accurate and up to date;
by only collecting or retaining minimal personal data and for no longer than is
necessary; by lawfully using your personal data and only for the purpose for
which it was collected; and by ensuring that appropriate technical and
organisational measures are in place to protect your personal data.
We process your personal data for the
following purposes:

services we offer.
To process your information as described
above, we rely on the following legal bases:
1. Performance of a contract: The use of your information may be necessary to provide the service(s) and/or product(s) you have requested.
2. Legitimate interests: We may use your information for our legitimate interests, such as to promote our services, and for administrative purposes.
3. Consent: We may rely on your consent to use your personal information for certain direct marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details at the top of this Privacy Notice.
Your information will be held for one year
after the customer relationship ends, or for one year after you have given
consent for your information to be used, at which point it will be securely
deleted, unless there is an overriding lawful reason for it to be retained
longer.
Your
Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the
information we hold about you; to ask that we correct any personal data we hold
that is found to be inaccurate; to object to us processing your personal data; to
ask us to restrict processing of your personal data; or to request that we
delete your personal data. If you
believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law,
you can make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office www.ico.org.uk.
Sharing
Your Data
We will treat your personal data as strictly
confidential and will only share it with a third party on your request, for
example if we have made a recommendation for additional services or products
not provided by us, and you have asked us to make a referral to a third party
and have given explicit consent for us to provide your contact details. From that point, the 3rd party will be the
data controller and we recommend you consult their Privacy Notice for further
information.
In the course of conducting our business, your
personal data may be stored and processed using HubSpot (cloud-based Customer
Relationship Manager software), QuickBooks (cloud-based accounting software) or
Mail Chimp (cloud-based email marketing service). All three are certified as compliant with the
EU-US Privacy Shield to ensure adequate protection of personal data stored on
US servers.

Cookies are pieces of data that are sometimes
created when you visit a website – we do not use cookies to track your movements online, but our hosting with Google has a cookie policy which is at the top of the page when you first visit the site.

websites. This Privacy Notice only
refers to www.threesixtyfour.co.uk so if you link to other websites you should
read their own privacy policies or notices.
